After we receive your inquiry, a Shamrock Roofing partner will contact you and set up a discussion about what your roof might need. After inspection, we will determine what the best options would be for your property. All of our estimates are free!

Once the estimate is accepted and the shingle colours are chosen, we will order a material delivery. Our suppliers deliver the materials directly onto the roof for us. This method is a safe and controlled system. In the event the shingles cannot be delivered onto the roof, we have measures in place to accommodate this as well and will inform you every step of the way.

This is where the magic happens! Our professional installers show up within 1 – 3 days after the material has been delivered. We remove the old shingles, assess the roof underneath & take note of any additional requirements the roof might need, apply the synthetic underlay, then install new asphalt shingles. Roofing is a weather-dependant trade and we can only work as the weather allows us.
